Kenyon Filmmakers

Kenyon Filmmakers (KFM) is a student run group at Kenyon College. As an organization, we serve a dual track function:
1) For our newer filmmakers, we provide tutorials on camera operation, video editing software, and other important components to the film-making process. We ensure that members of the club have a working knowledge of the facilities on campus which are available to them. We also hold film festivals each semester to showcase the work of both our new and our more experienced filmmakers.
2) For those who have made the necessary time commitments to the club and for our more experienced filmmakers, KFM also serves as a student-run production company. We provide the equipment and resources that filmmakers need to produce their work and also maintain a connection with actors on campus who want to act in their work. Students can receive funding from KFM to produce and submit films to festivals as a part of KFM.
