How can I make one of these please?
How did you clean the inside?
I just clamp in a vise with a rag around to protect the surface, then I use a variable speed hand-drill with a large spade bit and extensions and go slow and steady until the inside is smooth and even. It's pretty soft so it's not too hard to bore it out by hand.
This is an Irish version of the Boehm-system contrabass flute.

It is very low pitched and very quiet. You will need headphones or speakers with a good bass range, and the volume cranked up all the way.
