🎄Happy Christmas! Overdub delayed, apologies (UNEXPECTED SONG on my other channel).
My grateful appreciation to Tooru Hattori for kindly allowing re-use of these Grayhounds videos. This channel would not exist otherwise.
Having seen the many Grayhounds music videos on here, I thought it was time I enhanced some of my favourites for a new music channel! I'm already a fan of their sound & really appreciate the Creative Commons on selected videos. This is THEIR music, I'm just enhancing the sound / video where permissable. From the same Radio 2 live session broadcast a few years ago, I really hope the BBC don't mind me overdubbing this (I've added bass, drums & a muted Strat sound). Also some video edits to suit the song. Hope you like it!

"A blast from the past that'll put a smile on your dial!" I'm definitely going to use that again! Enhanced with audio fx, I've also 'tracked' the audio so it remains central. Another great track from my friend Tooru Hattori. Hope you like it!

A lovely song with a very captivating singer - wonderful stage presence! I've added some subtle zooms & video fx which work really well with the song I think. Also a glissando harp which helps with the charm of this song. Hope you like it!

As soon as I saw this I was instantly impressed with the lady singer - amazing stage presence! Apart from extending the recording, I then added more instruments (a shaker; castanets; strings & a brass sound). Some subtle camera zooms added as well. Hope you like this version (I also hope I've spelt the lady's name correctly! ("Meguming"))

I recently heard a good friend of "Grayhounds Greats!" singing this & thought it deserves a wider audience - what a great sound these guys have! (This video was originally intended for Yuki's Facebook friends only). Audio enhanced with 31 band eq & Space Designer fx etc. Hope you like it!

A lovely version of Phil Spector's original song. After enhancing the sound, I thought I'd overdub some strings & French horn. The glissando harp was first added in my overdub with Amy Winehouse's version of this song! (on my other YT channel). Some nice video movement/fx helps the song nicely I think! As always, I'm really grateful to Tooru Hattori for allowing me to edit his great videos!

I've just watched it, lovely version, thanks! I remember seeing Terry & Viv (Emmerdale Farm actors) on the 1980's Oh Boy! show, amazing! (I think 'Terry' mainly introduced the singers & 'Viv' sang).

If I shut off my monitor and just listen to the audio, you couldn't convince me that this wasn't Connie Francis. She's truly amazing.
I totally agree Mike. She also sounds like Karen Carpenter (honest!). Have a look for her singing "Top Of The World" ...uncanny I think!
@@grayhoundsGMG Yes, I just listened to Top of the World. Again, with no video, I'd swear this was Karen Carpenter. She has an uncanny ability to sound like anyone she wants to sound like. What a talent. BTW, Top of the World is one of my wife's favorite song. It was released just at the same time our first daughter was born and it expresses exactly how she felt.
