As more families started to do better especially with Two parents working Black People started to move into what we calling today Southeast San Diego and don't get it Twisted no matter where you or your peoples came from to San Diego ALL BLACK PEOPLE CAME THROUGH FRONTIER to the COAST to SOUTHEAST.
