I was broken up with on Christmas. It was not an easy thing to accept, but now it's been 2 weeks and I can notice the micro-improvements in my mood and emotions. Watching your video gave me a lot of hope, it's nice to see a realistic approach about breakups. I resonated with everything you said. I can't wait to be excited about the things that make me happy, that make me feel centered. I can't wait to feel joy and experience new things. For anyone going through it right now, believe in yourself and focus on you. Sometimes a breakup is the best gift you can give yourself.

At the beginning of 2024 people were saying that it would be about big changes, and it certainly was! The last 3 months were also a big shift for me also and was the most difficult right at the same time as in your journey. Now you and so many others are saying "2024 made you strong and 2025 will make you happy!" I really share that belief!

when using nail tips i always suggest building an apex and apex is a lil hard to explain on text but its the curved part of the nail when looking at it from the side, it adds strength and make them last soo much longer when you have a bit longer nails hopefully this helps an good luck on ur nail journey !!!
