Aja and my dream car is now the 540d ... From first to last km driving a 530d for 2 years and 40.000km i felt absolutely in love with this car. A brutal hail storm ended our partnership. After those 40.000km i know what to adjust regarding the specs and have to realize when checking used cars. Almost noone specs the car well. The worst even spec 540d without Driving Assistent Plus ... WTF
The 540d is a hidden champion for me. You can drive with 4.8 liters per 100km for hours with your Family, but you also can drive away the Audi S6 or Mercedes e400 without any problems 😊
@@filwit8451 my lowest was 5,3 with the 530d. If I would force it maybe even lower (4,8) on highway at 90 km/h. Average 7,7 according the car itself. Car wasn't correct regarding what it displayed. Reality was a bit more (+0,2)
I stopped the time, as the movie maker preferred to just stress the drivetrain ;-) time is between 4,6 and 4,8 sek from 0-100 .... Surprisingly good for a G31 540d
And it's a pitty i can't get warm with the M340d .... What a great but ugly car. Nowhere near as luxurious inside as the G3x models
