If you're loosing in 1v1 duels and you got good speed and ability, it's likely about timing and body positioning. If you want to improve this fast play more football so you can learn how you time and tackle so next time you can improve it.

This video is 100% accurate. I've been researching instinct and flow state in football Everything said in this video is correct. Anyone who hasn't achieved their instinct you have not been working consistently or hard enough.
