I am S K Mondal, Ex. IES officer, Ministry of Railways, I was GATE Topper, IES Topper, I worked for NTPC, selected as Scientist in BARC, selected in IISc Bangalore however I was not contended with the job profile & my dream to revolutionize the education system of engg. across the country was somewhere left untouched. I started teaching but, apart from teaching there are certain things which cannot be covered in class & its practically impossible to engage thousands of aspirants on msg/call, so this is my initiative to provide insights for overall development of the student by giving the dos and donts during the arduous preparation journey, how to balance study along with other activities, motivational tips, how to improve efficiency & effectiveness in studies etc.
With my years of experience & inputs from my students employed in almost every sector of country & abroad I try to deliver the genuine and actual reality.
