These tires usually have a max speed of 65. If you’re going faster you will need a speed M rating so you can go up to 81. I’m wondering how well the tires held up for you.

It’s because they changed how the spokes are laced. 2 cross vs 3 cross. Also usually the spokes threads are rolled not cut. If they are cut it removes material so the high point of the threads is equal with the diameter of the non threaded area. With rolled threads the peaks are slightly wider than the diameter of the non threaded area. You may have noticed that when you cut the threads the nipple felt looser than normal. I just ran into the same thing.

You are using the wire insulation cuttrr wrong. Give it 360* turn only once. Stop at the exact place you started and it won't cut strands of wire

JB weld will do nothing for strength. Welding melts the metal into a solid, however, JB weld only corks the whole.

The swing-arms are made from 6061 aluminum. Only 7075 aluminum is stronger, however, 7075 is difficult to repair. 6061 is strong but the Chinese don't use box tubing to create their swing-arms. If it were Japanese made, for sure it would be boxed tubed. Talaria has the strongest swing-arm between the two, however, there's a weight penalty associated with strength.
