🇬🇧 👍🏽 January 2025 That top of the fan is the intake - & that box design doesn't really seem to be designed very well to allow it space to breathe - while the exhaust side has a clear path to the outside of the box. I just took my NUC entirely out of its box - & the fan is super-quiet, partly also because it hardly needs to run at higher speeds, now. The NUC looks quite cool nekkid (with two bright green LEDs where the power switch is)!

Just picked one up on sale from Amazon for $19

Will it work in winter temps ? I got one & got nervous so I wrapped heat tape around canister & hoseses coming & going hopefully it'll keep the unit from freezing
