Here is my favorite Banana Bread recipe!
what you need:
2 bananas
butter 50 g
vegetable oil 50 g
water 40 g
brown sugar 80 g
flour 200 g
baking powder 10 g
salt 5 g
cinnamon 1 tsp
vanilla 1 tsp
chocolate 80 g
Bake it at 180 for about 55 min

Tryed a few recipes over the years. Somehow all of them never had a good bottom layer... but this. This worked nicely. Excatly like i remember them from ages ago, when i was a kid and doing a camping trip in a worldwide pathfinder meetup xD. Going to the memory lane bake recipe book.

I made your bars. Excellent and very easy to make. I used a 8"×8" casserole dish. It was perfect. I used oat flour and brown sugar for the crust. It tasted very lemony and delicious.
