Can't wait until you're 65 and can't sleep all night. You should not be giving medical advice to anyone since you aren't a doctor snd the drug profile does not say for ppl over 65 to avoid this helpful, lifesaving medication that can aid in restful sleep.
Why do new views & comments? This is a good, informative video.

Hi Dose for lactulose 20 cc? 70 yrs old with no other meds
Which Tamoxifen brand is the best
Hi I started taking 20mg of Tamoxifen In March 2024 since then I am expressing sideffects like hot flashes, headache, diarrhea, vision problem, going out of breath, stomach cramps, pain in my calf and knee, dry mouth and I am under care of gynecologist . In August I started taking half of my pill it's all most 2 months know and I feel great and all my symptoms have disappeared. Yesterday I had appointment with my oncologist I didn't tell her but I just asked her if you could lower my dose because of sideffects and she said lower dose of Tamoxifen won't work. But I been looking up and read that even taking 5mg or 10mg is still effective then 20mg . Can I take full pill one day and miss a day could that bring less sideffects will Tamoxifen work like this or not .
Only problem is I can't feel caffiene or stimulants really after being on it for a month now Any ideas ?😊

Thanks for the info, watching my hives inflammation fade day after day until they completely vanished was such a relief, I went with what I pointed out and within the first 10 days or so the urticaria was barely visible! I just go'ogled the latest by Shane Zormander and after 20 days my skin has never been healthier!
How about letting the patients' doctors' prescribe and you fill the scripts. Stay in your lane.
Agreed!!!!👍
Very thorough analysis but one would need a firm background in healthcare to fully understand the p;resentation
I had to switch to ptu because methimazole was hurting my stomach my doctor told me that it has nothing to do with it. On PTU I got to a point where I was taking half a tab of ptu a day and my thyroid levels were almost perfect till recently they went up again now I have to switch back to methimazole and I’m having stomach aches again 😩
I just started on it for essential tremor and dystonia. The weak muscles and the buzz you get are a little disturbing.
How about mental side effects like hallucinations, extreme head pressure, insomnia and other mental illness etc. it says that in the RX pamphlet that comes with it. Is that allergic reaction, adverse or just toxic reaction.
This drug nearly destroyed my life, it should be banned!
Do you mind me asking why this did not work for you?
I would suggest having animated video with this. I understands it's a podcast episode, but people like me will be more engaged having something visual to work with as well.
The only side effect I experience is sleep attacks but it's worth it because I have no depression or anhedonia anymore, plus no more panic attacks.
It works for my depression and anhedonia. Not only that but my panic attacks stopped too. I have lots of motivation and enjoy life again for the first time in decades.
at what dosage does it work for you? I have severe anhedonia and I am still on pramipexole 0.5mg but still no effect, I feel sick, mild temperature, mild nausea but zero effect on anhedonia.
@@Korag4 I'm on 0.75mg extended release tablets twice a day. I noticed a difference after I reached 1mg per day (taken as 0.25mg immediate release tablets four times a day).
@@Korag4 It began to work for me when I reached 1mg (taken as 0.25mg four times daily). Now I'm on 1.5mg (0.75mg extended release twice daily). No depression and also stopped my panic attacks.

Thx great explanation some parts over my head but still helps to understand- I would only suggest that you expand on the first three complications particularly for people who have glaucoma and it could affect them seeing how does it do that? Is it just dry ice or does it actually elevate the ocular pressure?
Hello Eric, thank you for your video. I was hoping you can answer a question for me regarding my 88 yo father with osteoporosis. He has chronic pain at the site of a 2+ year old thoracic compression fracture. He is being treated for osteoporosis with Olimab injection every 6 months. He has found Calcitonin nasal spray to be helpful which he has been using for 3 months. His Calcium levels are normal. Can he continue Calcitonin nasal spray for long term pain control of his chronic compression fracture? Or is it only for short term use. He is tolerating it fine. I don’t expect medical advise from you of course but appreciate your expert opinion if you could share it. Thanks much, Reet
Thank you for speaking English and making total sense

Reduce and taper? Does that mean the pain magically disappears? You're a true God promising miracles. Walk a mile in the shoes of a sufferer of intense chronic pain your views may change.
