How to claim the warranty in india ?
I need help I purchased these Tozo T10 headphones last month during prime day deals. My left ear bud is currently not working properly the sound is going in and out and it sometimes doesn’t sound at all unless I move it a certain way in my ear.

Great earbuds for a great price. I use them for work daily. I also tend to reach for these vs higher brand. Try it, you’ll love it! 🎶
I just received my pair of X1’s. The only way to get decent bass is if you activate ANC. With ANC activated it’s almost too much because it messes with the other EQ settings and you can’t adjust the EQ options without making it sound terrible. If ANC is disabled the bass is terrible. If they can fix the bass these would be top tier earbuds. So you either get bass cannons with ANC activated with no clarity or detail. Or extreme clarity and detail with no bass when ANC is deactivated, and this is even with bass boost activated.
Got these bad boys coming in a few days! Tozo for life.

@@deykno87 the anc and transparency is better than the 1more evos, seen as how thats my only comparison, if that helps. I think the bass out the boss with the app eq is actually as good as the evos with wound id. The decibels are little low but im thinking maybe an firmware update could make the buds touch louder but im not familiar as to how flagships evolve with updates

I like the design and all, put its a pain to try to turn it on and connect it to anything. I hold the panel down for a few seconds and it turns on, then it goes to a purple light and turns off.
i got mine just a day ago . they should just turn on automatically when you take them out of the case !
Blatant false advertising. I put mine in and tried to jump a railing as depicted. Now I have a broken leg and three cracked ribs. The earbuds did NOTHING for my parkour. The wife tried to warn me, but I said “I have my A2’s in…. I’m gonna nail it!”. Next thing I remember is the ambulance ride. At least they also play music. Still seems deceptive though…
