I went through something like that. Wife did not cheat that I knew of. Got rid of her after about 2 years. Remarried later. After about 40 years of marriage my wife started on me about a single woman next door that is about 30 years younger.. I told her that is the one thing I will not tolerate and that was her only warning. She never brought it up again in the following 5 years and I doubt she ever will.
