Several times on 40 + days I relapsed hard, like 4 times in a day and gone to the club/bars. Its like some of them where in a trance state and just had to be with me. Day after this effect is gone.

In my opinion, the most important thing is that you don't sit there edging for hours. That's what makes that depleted groggy feeling in my opinion. Understand that after all that sort of activity, you're probably dehydrated and need to get some food in you as well to reenergize yourself.
