Hello! My name is Natalia and I am breath coach and freediving instructor. This channel is devoted to those who want to breathe freely, by happy and healthy.
I believe now it is time to practice because we need to cope with stress and respiratory ilnesses.

Breath-hold on the top of the Mont Elbrus, 5642m. Extreme static apnea.

Once I tried to hold my breath on the top of the Mount Elbrus, but I don't remember the result, it was about 1 minute. Now I tried again and made a video) So it was my high mountain breath hold.

Just wanted to tried a breath hold without warm up. (surfing session before doesn't count). 6 minutes static apnea is not bad) not so good as on dry training but I am glad.

I like to practice yoga between trainings. A year ago I discovered Karana krama. It is very good for recovering after long dynamic breath-holds. As mostly I am underwater) I did in in the sea! Not perfect yet, By I do my best, we never give up!

My training routine in the pool. Me training static in the pool with friends and a lobster. I was said that pop it helps to cope with stress. it is nit true, but very fun to count contractions with pop it lobster) As you can see, different coulors show different level of hypoxia from light hipoxia (red coulor) to heavy hypoxia (violet coulor).

since you are better on land will you make a static apnea video of you holding breath for more than 7 minute on dry land using nose clip and mouth tape to not cheat ?
next time 7 or 8 minutes?
I think you definitely gave up too early and could have gone a lot longer but 6 minutes isnt the worst maybe you can try again)

Why did you stop at 6 min and not keep going?
It was my first time to do more than 6 minutes in the water, just strange) I'll try more surely, it was quite easy.
Hey 6 minutes without warm up isnt that bad. You should do 8 minutes with warm up on dry land to make up for it!
She could have done at least 7 minutes I think.
can you share the full time set of this training?
unfortunately, I don't remember the full table. it was something like 6 breathholds of 3 minutes, 1 minute or 30 seconds reste.
It meas that you can do more than 7 minutes with warming up?
I don't know, never tried. Surely I'll do it. One day)

I don't know, today I dived 51m.
@@talyabreathcoach How many years spent do you have in freediving? Do you train dry dynamic, like apnea walks, or running uphill, while holding breath?
I am in freediving from the 2020. I don't have dry training actually. Only dry breath sessions. I prefer dynamic, especialy depth.@@95norbika
Impressive! How long (in meters) are you swimming here? How long can you swim underwater on one breath?

If I am in a good shape, I have contractions from the begining. from 25-35m. @@95norbika
Thats impressive, how long can you swim with contractions! When i was in my best shape it begun from 25m, but rarely managed to 50m. I dont have a buddy so i cant train seriously, to really push my limits. Even though, how do you manage to push through it so long, how do you relax?
When I am not trained, contractions can start at about 60-80 meters, but it comes with a huge discomfort. Contractions are just contractions and there are no connexion between contractions and discomfort. I can experience discomfort without contractions and contractions without discomfort. It is just the way you perceive it, discomfort is in your mind only. Normaly I put it aside, that's all. @@95norbika
