Sorry about the wrist pain, I'd look into getting to a rheumatologist if possible, I have similar symptoms to you, just in my extremity joints (fingers, toes) and was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis this spring after 3 years of bouncing between doctors. It could be nothing related, it could be something similar, just a recommendation on my part.
