@lisnecjr65 THANKS MAH BRUDDAH, IT WAS A VERY GOOD DAY FOR ME. THEN IT GOT EVEN BETTER WHEN I FOUND OUT IT WAS OVER 100LBS. WHEN WE LANDED IT THE BIGGEST ULUA I SEEN WAS A 43 LB ULUA AND SO WHEN WE LANDED MINE I THOUGHT IT WAS LIKE AND 80LB ULUA. WHEN MY FISHING PARTNERS SAID TRIPLE DIGITS IT DIDN'T HIT ME TILL WE WERE RACING TO LIHUE TO GO AND WEIGH IT. BUT SADLY I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO LAND AN ULUA THIS YEAR. STILL GOIN TO TRY AND HOPEFULLY GET ONE FOR THE YEAR.

@royboi67 if you could get any live scad mackerel they work great with a kite setup or under a balloon. Anything live on the surface will attract ahi and wahoo. as long as the water your fishing is at least 200 ft deep. the deeper the water the better until about 600ft for wahoo and 1000ft for ahi. good luck...tight lines.

Im a damn fishing nut. That was a sweet fish man!!!! went to Kawaii for vacation, grabbed a rod at the Walmart over there, and fished for what ever bit, asked the locals what to throw, I used some taco, and got bit, fricking bent my rod in half and snapped my stick, There was a local laughing at me and said I must have missed an olua. That thing was sooo damn strong, so I give u mad respect man!!!!

@Goodonetho its the same pole i caught my first ulua 104.4lb. so i tink the pole is good. after this fish i gave it to my brother mike and he caught his 50lb first ulua and took 3rd place in the k-mart fishing tournament.
