BW isn't even close to OP, 1st she needs the damage boost to 1 shot (which is a buff that can affect all characters) 2nd you need great aim to make her viable (highest skill floor & ceiling character in the game). The average player shouldn't ever touch this character.

the fact is: black widow sucks hard, the only things she do is having better avarage mobilty and a really good headshot dmg, so to be really good is not the character, but the player if it has a godlike aim to make her work
