The bird I was attempting to rescue ended up dying as I was watching the video. I shed a couple tears. Right before he died I have the fledgling bird one last flight and assisted him through the air. I was singing to him as he died. I’ve never seen a bird death much less have one die in my hand. I hope he understood I was trying my best and hopefully there’s an afterlife where I can revisit him. Sad reality: Not all vets available in your city knows about birds. They usually treat dogs and cats and know a shit about birds or reptiles. A lot of times the Vets only make the suffering of your pet gets worse by stressing the animal and prescribed a lot of medicine that does not work for the particular illness. And all of this it's exhausting for you and the bird 😔

I have 13 bird

As I put the usual nightly blanket over my birds cage, I noticed one of them named Pecker on the bottom of the cage in the corner. I thought it was unusual as I said goodnight. When I woke up in the morning, I saw Pecker still in the corner as I removed the blanket and gave them breakfast. I headed out for work. When I returned from work 5 hours later, I discovered Pecker still on the bottom and I was concerned. Someone give me advice.

The owners of canaries, parrots, cockatoos, parakeets, cockatiels, etc., WE MUST PAY ATTENTION TO DOMESTIC BIRD BREEDERS AND VETS and keep in mind that although we feed them with such a typical seeds mixture, our birds are very likely in danger of suffering an unexpected, painful and practically inevitable PREMATURE DEATH BY FATTY LIVER DISEASE. Even before the acute phase it predisposes the bird to suffer infections, as it weakens the immune system. Obese pet birds have an higher risk of many other diseases, like arthritis, heart disease and cancer. Obesity in birds it's not so apparent but it's more dangerous than in other animals like mammals. So in addition to giving to the birds lipotropic and detox / regenerating hepatic protectors preventively and routinely, breeders usually make their own mixtures with low fat seeds. *PREVENTION AND/OR TREATMENT* : The time to act is NOW that your pet doesn’t have yet the visible symptoms. It's necessary to ACTIVELY PREVENT THE LIVER DEGENERATION.
