Windshield is on you. The 12v don't work probably had a coin in there and fryed the fuse. Happened to me. There is inside grab handle for hatch so no finger prints outside. Literally all user error

If you have checked the valet button on the inside your middle console and it is on open try unlocking your car first with your key fob and then unlocking the trunk with the key fob.

Are you insane? You NEVER leave manual car out of gear on ebrake only. You will NEVER damage the gear box with car parked normally. Who ever told you that pile of horse crap you should sue. You keep saying "you read" parking in gear is bad for gear box/clutch. I honestly have NEVER seen any manual gear box hurt on any way by parking it in gear. If that were the case then you should leave automatics in neutral also. Damn, the pure stupidity off internet people will believe. Park in 1/rev set pbrake and turn wheels accordingly. Cars go millions of miles for over century, PARKED IN GEAR, and I have NEVER heard this pure bull cookies, nor ever seen it proven.

Realize this an old vid. But there’s a switch in my e92 glove box that prevents the trunk from being opened say if you drop it off at the valet. Flip switch, lock glove box. No access to trunk or glove box.

I went over a year without cleaning my Gti. Still ran as well as a Volskwagen is expected to. My turbo outlet pipe blew off in Atlanta and I didn't have the tools to put it back on. Made it back to Tampa with no boost. Have fun with it and take more road trips.

its normal for the brakes to squeal because they use more metal composites in the pads which when rubbed will squeal. hope i helped you out

You do know it has a telescoping steering wheel right, so you can move it far or close or up and down.. bottom left there’s a handle pull it down
