Amex Platinum charge card is good if you like travelling in 5 stars like Taj, Marriott and Hilton often; and use lounge globally. But the annual fees are very high for Amex. I have both and now I like the HDFC Infinia more thn the Amex Platinum Charge card.

@@pk9660 this is in general. But if you are an exception customer you can also get LTF after 6 months. They have no rules and regulations. I know people who got infinia from 3 lakhs limit regalia to infinia. That's the only thing I hate with hdfc bank. Since it's private we cannot do anything here. If I want I can take infinia but I am not and sticking to dcb

@@roninr8199 bank doesn't give it's premium card simply, it sees the relation of the customer with the bank, if it's really good and Bank is making good profit out of it, they'll give it for sure, even I'm having LTF Infinia ,limit 15 lacs on paper(with no preset spending limit) upgraded from Regalia
