Great message. It's interesting how we, when getting a job, usually get a background check, or a friend will testify what a good and honest person you are. The Pharisees didn't look back in scriptures to prove who Jeses said he was or would be. Would of been nice if those shepherds came along with Jeaus to testify to what heard and saw. Matthew 5:17-20 and Romans 8:3-4 will help in understanding that Jesus fulfilled the law. Under the New Covenant the law was put in us through Jesus Christ, Jeremiah 31:31-33 I hope this helps.
