I concure with the below comment, no captions needed really. Your vocal presenting skills are more than sufficient. The accent is a typical south african accent and we can hear what you are saying. I don't typically watch the show, I listen to the RUclips show ( play the video, pop into split screen and just listen while doing something else.

How high did the occupancy of Southern Sun hotels reach in the past 10 years? Is 75% realistic or just a mathematical exercise?

I struggle to see how two pot translates into such private education spend. The withdrawal amount is too small compared to the school fees, school fees are a repeat expense while withdrawals are once off and its unlikely people will keep the money to pay fees each month (requires discipline). Its far more likely its one off expenses like uniforms or lower public education fees. The survey is also likely skewed. 20% may spend some on education but even 1% is some. A mathematical exercise that doesn't stand to practical scrutiny.

Great interview, very helpful insights, and touching on luck as a factor was also re-assuring (never compare yourself to others). The Psychology of Money by Morgan Housel, hands down, has been the most significant contribution to shifting my personal perspective regarding money and wealth as a whole. Spending, materialism, capitalism, ego, and frugality, sustainability, humility - there is so much more to how we contextualize spending habits, it was personally beneficial to look at the big picture before zooming back into investing.

Hope we'll see some more complex graph training in the future :) Do you have any comparison or calculations as to how this can out perform a savings account? If you risk only 2%, the timeframe that you need to have an appreciation on prices needs to be quite quick, comparing to a 7-10% interest account. Should you look at a quicker buy and sell tactic?
