In the summer of 2015 I worked in a nearby village here on Lake Biel (Schernelz, above Ligerz). Twann - and indeed the entire area - is very famous for its fine wines! But this was the first time I had visited the historic church in Twann. The organ was locked, but I was able to take a look at it. It promises well, and was renovated recently. The grand piano wasn’t locked, but there was no organ - or piano - music lying around, so I could only resort to a small congregational hymnbook.
