    I love my Tom card. Never had any issues with it but customer service sucks

      Same, No issues with the card itself however customer support is terrible. I just tried to purchase a shoe at Finishline and the credit card got declined for fraud

    DO NOT GET THIS CARD !! I just closed my account... customer service is horrible, credit limits very low, no grace period, balance due every week, the company controls everything in your account backoffice online, Tomo will not allow you to have much control over your online account...

      Yes, just like any credit cards it will hurt your age. So if you had the card for a while it may reduce your length of your credit history

    Do they report to all bureaus?

      They claim it however personally they only report to Equifax and 5 months behind

      @@427ajay correct. Not just that the dispute process took over 7 months and still no update. Their communication is horrible

    I’ve had this card going on 3 months now. It hasn’t reported, an every time payment is due it freezes my card take about 10 business days to make the payment. If you need another credit line with no hard inquiry pull, this simple to get, but still waiting for it to report to credit report, wouldn’t recommend overall!

      I pray for you. However I do see them trying now. Not sure because there are ton of bad reviews but my payment history has been up to date now

      @@Ishkevinc i got a reply immediately via email from their customer service team after telling them I was no longer interested in the Tomo card . They keep messaging me the reasons why and if theirs anything they can do in their part. I rather give it some more time .

    Worst card ever. I have had the card for 4 months now and they still have not updated my credit report. There is NO customer service no one answers the phone no return messages or email. my card got frozen because I used the link they provide to refer a friend, who did her aplication on my computer. No way to unfreeze it, so I ordered a new card (thought it would be like a start over) no im locked out of my account and of course no one ever answers the phone. I guess at this point I will just wait for them to close it due to no activity. Be warned they suck.

      Yep same with me. Customer service is poor, no one answers. It takes them 2 months to reply to an email. My positive payment has been only reported twice, my dispute took 4 months and it’s still ongoing . Horrible company and card

      Yes, it seems like that's happening to a lot of people who "applied" There are some questions being asked if Tomo will go bankrupt or are they just lacking manpower to handle the demand. However my card(s) are just inside my desk.

      That’s odd, they don’t pull hard credit unless something changed recently. Does the hard pull shows “tomo credit” or does it say a name or a bank?

      Great! I’m wouldn’t either. I have another video with an update from my dispute. Anyways it’s been 3 months and they are still investigating. I’ll be filing complaint with State AG and BBB

      brutal!! I wouldn't recommend this card though. Unless you really need it. My dispute has yet to be resolved. I mainly use this card for book mark

    I've had the card for a number of months. I've used it more than a dozen times with no issues. I've been busy trying all these new type of cards. Same thing where they only reported one time.

      Agreed, No issues with the card. However any customer service, communication or disputes are never answered. I don't recommend this card at all, Unless you really need a card however still a waiting game for some people to get "invited" or "accepted"

      I disputed back in March. They haven't replied. One day they cancelled my card and I didn't get a replacement for months. It's now June and dispute still hasn't resolved nor they replied. It's worthless card/company

      Very painful. The next 2 hours was the most pain i ever felt in my life. I was very close to goto the hospital or call the ambulance at home
