Kinda late, but will this mod work with the europe version of p3fes? Im on aethersx2 as well
@@emmanueloratokhai-ch4xw USA only. I don't think there's a benefit to playing on PAL for this game anyway.

does this work on aethersx2 android if so how?
Aethersx2 has terrible hostfs support, so your best bet is to pre patch your ISO instead. It's included in the mod page.
Do you not prefer playing with sound effects lowered, so the music can be better heard?
Truth be told I've not changed the settings since installing the game on my new phone.

hey great work. works great on my ps2 and is such a huge improvement over the original code.
For anyone who’s curious, this video is the “secret opening” (not very well hidden but they never actually TELL you it exists, meaning it’s technically a secret) in the original 2006/7 version of Persona 3, playing if you leave the game idle on the title screen for about 30 seconds without pressing any button, in FES and Portable, the original intro was replaced with new ones highlighting the features of those games in particular (Episode Aegis/The Answer and the female MC respectively) while the original secret opening was replaced with the default opening video from the original version of Persona 3 if you idle on the title screen. I haven’t seen this documented much online but I think it’s a cool curio.
Almost accurate. The alternate opening for portable isn't quite the same as the other alternates in that it doesn't showcase any gameplay. Its alternate opening is Soul Phrase, which shows both protag and femc.
@@Alexankitty what I mean is Soul Phrase is the default opening and the original is the “alternate” for P3P.

can i use this mod on ntsc-j version?
It depends on how identical the actual executable is in its construction. I would lean towards no, but if you want to give it a try, change out the 94A82AAA in 94A82AAA_Direct_Commands_aem.pnach to whatever the CRC of the NTSC-J ISO is.
@@Alexankitty Um... I actually wanted to pull this off because a translation into Russian was made based on the Japanese version of the game. But I'd rather put this mod on the American version, I know enough English, I still complete whole Kingdom Hearts series.

@@Alexankitty nice also I wanted to say thank you so much for creating this mod, my brother's first persona game was 4 and after we watched the persona 3 movies he wanted to play 3 too but was disappointed that it didn't have direct command and he didn't wanted to play the psp version. Not only you fixed the problems the previous cheat had you also added the direct commands in the tactics you are the best

Modders did manage to reimplement them at least for the PC release. Just unfortunately your only options are someone else's AI redraws or rebirth.

Yep it's a known issue, unfortunately.I've yet to figure that one out. Though it seems like something atlus hard coded (probably because they never expected you to control anyone other than slot1) I'm planning on putting more work into this soon though. Granted atlus also hardcoded the fusion spell check too and I was at least able to fix it.

@@mr.escalante4605 yeah, the idea is to fix everything up. Currently the major issues are that you can't switch to tactics and Orgia mode lets you control Aigis. The mob direction issue is also important too. I know for some being able to use tactics alongside this mod might not make sense but I think it's important to make it function as if it shipped with the game.

I actually have a legit reason for this. I currently don't have a solution for monitoring both my twitch and youtube chat ^^; I'm working on fixing that, just takes some dev hours that I don't have a ton of.
