Bandung Choral Society was founded in July 2000 by Mr. Tommyanto Kandisaputra, the vision is building a strong choral community in Indonesia by organizing many events: ateliers, concerts, seminars, workshops, choral music camps, collaborations, choral clinics, competitions and symposium. Through some projects, singers and conductors gain experience in singing together and building knowledge, skills. attitudes and making friendships as well.
Bandung Choral Society projects involve various levels of choirs from children’s choir, to choirs of youth and seniors. BCS’s events involve various institutions, choral communities, schools, and churches from all over Indonesia and the world.
