This is the fourth episode in our discussion series, and if you’ve been struggling with unbalanced participation, this one’s for you! Betsy, this is great, thanks a TON. But if I use this on TPT and sell the Slide to a teacher, can their class type within the Slide, using what you prescribed above? I'm thinking that they cannot since it is a copy and isn't editable . . . right? I'd like my Slide to be typed into, as in a digital worksheet, on certain pages.

Hi John, My pleasure! It should be editable once they make their own copy. This is how I design all the curriculum I share with teachers, and which they then share with students.

I am in 6th grade and I started middle school this year. My Language Arts/English teacher is having us create a One-Pager: Who Am I? I have to include at least 10 interesting facts about myself using complete sentences, single words and/or drawings. And I have to include at least 3 colored drawings on a blank piece of copy paper or construction paper. Looking for examples. Thanks for the video!

If you right-click on the hexagon shape and click "Edit text" you can then type your words into the shape itself (adjust font size/alignment if needed). The text will then "travel" with the shape so that students do not need to match up words with hexagons by dragging around text boxes.
