Is it more efficient to do your own maintenance
Steve and I take a dive into large site jobs and doing your own equipment repairs and maintenance.
This last few weeks I've resorted to taking my mower to the local dealer for repairs and I'm sure glad I did. Most repairs I can save time and get back up on the tools quicker doing my own repairs, but sometimes it just isn't going to be.

Dear Friend, Hope you are doing well. I was analyzing your RUclips channel. Your video content is great. I am really impressed by your videos but your RUclips channel has some issues. You have made many videos but your RUclips channel is not getting views and subscribers. Because you have no complete SEO for any videos, no channel tags, no video tags, no added end screens and cards, no baclinks, not SEO-friendly titles and descriptions. If you complete all tasks then you get more views and subscribers with monetization. I have an amazing idea to fix.
This has been a great podcast. Absolutely informative.
Thanks. I'm always looking for interviews that are helpful to others
This is what we are here for.
How to do it, check lists, and success markers. Let me know if there's any content you want more of Dan
we have snakes in australia that is why we cut our lawns short 😅
Valid 🤣😂🤣 Also we like nice lawns
i too did comment on luke smiths post about ride on mowers you need to look at the benefits as well if you pick up 5 more easy 80 jobs per week for your machine that’s a easy $400 per week would pay for your monthly lease and possibly earn you a extra $1600 per month and may even give you a extra couple of years work because you have made work easier on your body
While a ride on mower will not be for everyone, there's a lot of ways to assess value in a small or solo business. Initial barrier to entry with a ride on mower is probably more realistic at around $3-8k than the $20k plus ride on mowers that will suit high volume acreage work. When you compare the return on investment for a ride on mower to a push or self propelled mower, its significant, but if you compare it to some fairly standard landscaping equipment setups, even the high end commercial ride on mowers are extremely affordable for the business that has the right jobs to justify the new mower.
Great video Gary, loved seeing it in action.
Thanks 👍
i run a turf master besides a pulley issue at first i would say it’s bulletproof i think the money is better spent rather than re constructing a time master
I'll have to coerce you into an interview for further discussion around this soon. Most people prefer the Timemaster.
Have you got a link for Brad's consulting?

Interesting conversation Garry and Murat. I think the answer to the most important aspect of business, is service. Your willingness to serve your clients needs is the foundational principle to build any business. Keep up the good work!
