Cheese made from pasture fed cows turns yellow from the grass chlorophyll. Because most cows aren't pasture fed now they added in the dye to make it look the same. So it did used to be naturally yellow.

A couple of my neighbors who run restaurants privately owned, are mentioning how much busier they are getting. The local bookstore we have are selling out of cookbooks. Where I live there is a intersection called Hamburger Hill, where on each corner there is a McDonalds, Burger King, KFC and Taco Bell. Passing by on a lunch hour you don't see long lines at the drive thru anymore. Finally fast food is getting their comeuppance!
