      @@JaskaranSingh-ep9cx I have no idea what you are saying. All I can say: these spikes are a perfect match for me. I’m a veteran athlete and I have to be careful of my achilles tendons and with these spikes I’m able to sprint without pain. I have also no pain afterwards. Best spikes with lots of cushioning without having to break your bank account.

      @@JaskaranSingh-ep9cx For 140 bucks retail price these spikes with full carbon plate are best bang for your buck. Forget about the 250 dollar spikes, buy these.

      That’s difficult to say. It depends on what you need and what you expect. For me: I needed spikes with a thicker sole because I want to avoid achilles tendon injuries. Furthermore these spikes have a carbon plate in the sole that helps me propel forward. I also own Nike Zoom Fly 5 running shoes with carbon plates and their perfect.

    Fantastic well done - most difficult slow pushups possible - goes lowest possible dorn and cleanest high up - extraordinary well with butt high up and head down - What a body power and mental concentration and fighting spirit by that small, very young, athlete!

      Thnx man, unfortunately I have not made any progression. Instead of gaining strength I gained weight..... but me and my 40 plus old buddies keep on going. Keeping our heads up high and doing our best to stay fit and hopefullu also in shape (literally). Thnx 4 subbing. Will sub you too.

      Het is langs de A4 tegenover Eventplaza. Het zit verstopt achter de bomen als je vanaf de ingang (tegenover Eventplaza in Rijswijk) naar het Zuiden fietst (langs de A4) dan zie je opeens dit parcourtje aan je linkerkant. De ingang naar dit parcourtje zit ook een beetje verstopt...

    Nice controlled lifting but you should try to arch up a little, your completely flat, and beck your feet behind your knees to engage som leg drive :) Just a friendly tip :) You should also try too tuck your albows in a little more to engage your lats :)

    Als ik deze oefening op de gewone manier uitvoer dan ben ik er tussen de 9-10min mee bezig. Nu doe ik er 8,5min over dus ik heb intensiever getraind.

    Neehee, nut is dat je effectiever je biceps traint. Door de rustperiodes te verkleinen, daag jij je spieren uit om intensiever arbeid te leveren. Elke trainingsvorm (bijvoorbeeld 4 sets van 10 herhalingen met tussenin 2 min rust) kan intensiever worden uitgevoerd door de rust te verkleinen. Als je bijvoorbeeld 40x barbell curl in 7min kan doen ipv 10min (met 2min rust tussen de sets) dan heb je veel beter je spieren getraind. De uitvoering van de oefening mag er uiteraard NIET onder lijden.
