How often do you catch reds in the bay?
It’s rare but happens…. every now and then a school will surprise us on the bonefish flats… right now is the time of the year that we would normally catch them in the past
Grew up bonefishing the Bay in the 70,s. Mostly wadeing. Great video

Caught many bones wadeing Biscayne bay. Rode our bike to old Cutler and had a path we rode to the water. Many 6 fish afternoons
Mark that sounds like the good ole days… and pretty sure I frequented the same spot back in high school on some late summer evenings after a good thunder storm rolled through

How long ago was this? Miami native who is just getting into fly fishing and I don’t think the bay will ever be this good
Richard this is a compilation throughout the years (mostly 2012-2015). The bay still has its days. Trust me. The fish are there. Put in your time and you will be rewarded.
