When l fast always my life feel very happy l don't see any change it's seems like am normal maybe l have take food my life is always full of peace and joy in my soul ,but lam never fast for 20 l only fast for 3 -5

Fasting and prayer has been quite a blessing of an experience I did a recent one no water no food for 24 hours and then some and finally received the direction that I needed I prayed in my head so that Satan could not deceive me I had faith in God that he would leave me and prayed over his word and his promises I also avoided playing games on the phone and I was thankful and felt better the first thing God did regarding the first fasting that I did was to let me know that it's okay that I'm going to be okay that he is with me when it was when I was hungry I would pray some more and I would ask him to help me when I got dizzy he would study me and hold me up I also asked him for forgiveness on my my part of what led me to this place of Despair and frustration and this place that was far away from God that I had been I did not want to do this fast with others knowing about it I did share with a friend a little bit about it just for some support to understand more about fasting this is about halfway through I have never really fasted like that before in my life I talked to others about it afterward because I noticed I was having a lot of dizzy spells of which I've been praying to God through some people say you have to get away from everybody else and you can't talk on the phone or do anything else when you are fasting if you're not able to you don't have to get away but you should refrain from arguing with people or allowing them to argue with you I tried to minimize the amount of communication I had to do moms it's okay you can do it even if your kids want you to sit down and eat with you just focus on cleaning up or some other chores that are close by will they're eating let him know that you are taking care of the house and you love them and you want them to eat their food and you'll have later the first time I did a fast with them I chose to just drink the liquid they had food and I would have a cup of liquid
