Hence Driving licence should be given honourably when applied DL registration or After six six months automatic PDL issue. Photo etc. can be loaded on portal directly as required with fees deposit usually. DL to middle age and Senior citizens should be given and honoured bcoz driving help and kids Vehicle maintenance drive also for family group driving and personal driving.
