Hi There, I hope you are well. I was analysing your RUclips channel. Though your video quality is so good, your video doesn't gain much views & subscribers because of the problems mentioned: Your video overview is not optimized perfectly. Your video social engagements are not up to the mark. Your videos have no SEO friendly title optimization. Your videos have no SEO friendly description optimization. Your videos have no High Volume Ranked Tags according to your niche. Overall your video SEO score is not up to the mark. If you can fix these problems your channel will grow very fast & definitely your videos will get more views. Can I help you ? Thank You.
Quick question: If I ask my tenant, politely, to pay the rent, is that harassment?
Nice job April.
I have Cerebral Palsy and I'm going through a situation where I could use some guidance and someone to talk to. I filed a HUD complaint against my apartments and won. Now, I'm facing homelessness out of retaliation. I've been just about everywhere trying everything to get the help I need in time. I need to be out by 10/7/24 I'm not asking for money. Maybe just some direction where to go for legal help. There's a lot to my situation and I'm trying to avoid being homeless. Especially when I know I've been targeted and exploited. I need my story heard. Im in Harrisburg Pennsylvania Thanks!
Try your local legal aid service. They often specialize in evictions or homelessness from bad landlords. Try your local bar association. Best of luck to you.
@@kb-ip2je i appreciate you. I've done that. I make "too much" on my SSDI (by like $20) or so quality for low cost legal help and not enough for another lawyer.

I didn't know I retired... oh!
My soul is a saddened by all the drama and all the bad stuff that has happened in all the disasters and everything
People have really ruined it
So tha hired some movers always caring family home movers they stoled a whole bunch of people's property and they were doing drugs on the job and burning people's floors . I don't understand why they didn't do a background check. Don't live here this place is haunted it reminds me of Asylum mental health house, drug house, it is sad that it was only Built only a couple years and it's already being trashed. And haunted
Tacoma housing authority is a joke 😅
The rise is literally hell community is horrible manager doesn't care about your belongings being stolen or when a package is delivered they don't want to be responsible for anything they just they're just there and they don't care if you get beat up or killed in this place
Yes hello one of the previous residents that lived in the rise my belongings are missing and broken Cindy said that she got everything under control and I'm like okay so I'm trusting her and then next thing you know movers broken my belongings and items are missing I am stressed out and very disappointed
And Cindy specialist was literally has been fighting with movers and her and server Pro and it's like we're in the middle of this and she's I don't know what the hell she's doing I feel so disrespected by how she has treated us and what she's done I'm also feel disrespected by the movers and how they treated our belongings and you know them lying to our faces and saying this and that and not being truthful has been irritating and giving us the big run around I'm so done
I live at Wright ave apartments and it's shit. I have nextdoor neighbor apt 118 who keeps on harassing. Denise Day doesn't do shit. Trish Bowlby is wack. I hope the apartment I live gets torn down
