Brand new Maytronics Dolphin M400 failing to climb walls and clean waterline.
This is a brand new Maytronics Dolphin M400. This video starts about 1 hour into the cleaning cycle. During the entire time cleaning, it managed to reach the waterline only once. The filters are clean and there's nothing stuck in the propeller or track. The pool walls were brushed for any micro agle that may cause it to slip. This is my 4th time running it with the same results every time. Most of the time it doesn't even try to reach the waterline, when it does it does not reach high enough to actually bruch the scum at the waterline. Seems like an issue with the software.
Very disappointing for $1500.

5 Online photo printing services reviewed.
Просмотров 7 тыс.6 лет назад
In this video I review 5 online photo printing services. I ordered 10 4x6 prints from AdoramaPix, Walmart, Nations Photo Lab, York Photo Lab and Snapfish. I've chosen these 5 based on many reviews and articles I found online. I did not include services where you are expected to do your own color correction. I printed non color corrected photos from AdoramaPix and NPL but I found the color corre...

This is a short video going over updates I've made to my tool trailer. The trailer is 12' x 8.5' plus a 30" v-nose and had 7' interior headroom. Everything you see in this trailer as well as the way I work is inspired by Ron Paulk. My original video ruclips.net/video/8SUWBVPI9Zo/видео.html Ron's channel ruclips.net/user/crpaulk
My Milwaukee M18 tool works with a Dewalt 20V battery!

In this video I show a battery adapter I made to use Dewalt 20V batteries with Milwaukee 18 tools. I do not advise doing this as there will be no protection against over-discharging the battery as ll as other potential issues that can ruin the battery and tool.

Milwaukee M18 Tool Running on Dewalt 20V Battery
Просмотров 13 тыс.8 лет назад
I own about 15 Dewalt 20V MAX tools and 10 batteries, there were some Milwaukee M18 tools which I want to get but I'm not interested in investing in new batteries and chargers. I checked online for a DeWalt to Milwaukee adapter or if if anyone has tried this before. I did not find anything. So I tested it out myself. Here are the results. If you know how to make the 3D files to 3D print an adap...
Adjust your floater arm. It’s crooked and not all the way forward.
I have same machine and fully agree.
Anytime a host starts with "What's Up" I am out of there. So goodbye forever.
👋
Only a Dutchman would do a hazardous trial on a damast table cloth, lol! But I'm amazed that the wiring didn't melt down. Well done. Wonder how much the milkie draws
I just Frankensteined a broken Milwaukee M12 Hackzall to run off a 20V DeWalt battery. I call it the DeWaukee.
You legend
Both batteries are the same voltage. "20V Max" is just marketing. A fully charged Milwaukee battery will also read more than 18V.
would a dewalt to milwakee adapter fit in there?
we have adapter DW18ML which allows you use dewalt battery on Milwaukee tools
ingenious! anyone with a 3d printer can make the entire adapter including the generic battery housing!
There's only one problem with this. Dewalt tools have a circuit in them that communicates with Dewalt batteries. It shuts down the battery before it gets too low. Once one of their battery's gets too discharged, the charger wont recognize it anymore and it's junk. So if you do this, check the battery's indicator often and when you get down to one bar, recharge it.
easy to repair
You can open up the battery, ID the dead battery with a meter, sever the Nickle strip to isolate, then charge the individual cell, bridge the cut Nicole with solder and all fixed. But please keep recycling those "dead" lithium battery packs. I love getting free samsung lithium cells.
he mentions this in the video...
i know friend doing it adapters for all tools if you still need?
great video, how wide did you make the dado slots for the tool organizers?
Can you do dewalt tool with milwaukee battery
I'm sorry, but if everything has to be mapped out on blueprints your hole life your not going to make it , you couldn't think of anything better than taking a fast food cup & glueing it down , how about using wood like everything else
I'm really sorry for offending you. I hope you have a nice day.
Why not just hook it up straight to the battery and charge the battery
Why could you just hook it up to the dewalt charger and charge the othe battery
smart move
Kill the audio and do a voice over. It's really simple and would eliminate the backfire noise
Thanks for posting this. Good review and excellent comparisons. I'm also interested in price and shipping. It would have been helpful to include that information. Thanks for putting this together.
They sell $20 adapters on amazon
Great trailer! You have the tools covered, I would add a coffee maker, a small microwave, maybe a toaster oven and a big cooler for drinks and water. Looks like a great place to work. Keep a close eye on the trailer, thieves are drawn to them like crack cocaine.
great job, liked the screws on bottom of drawers
Hey everyone, thanks for watching! I'm so sorry about the wind noise at the beginning of the video. My follow up videos are wind-free!
How thick are you 2 benches length width and thickness and what material did you use ?
They are 8' long and 2' wide. I think they are about 9" thick. They are made of 1/2" ply. If I would do it again I would make them shorter and I would make them out of ultralight plywood.
Your thumbnail picture is so mis leading ...
Good job
Wow those are some amazing dado cuts you made.
Nice set up! New to the channel. I love your tape organization idea. How did you come up with that? I just put up my first video on my tool trailer tour. Check it out sometime.
Nice job. I will use some of this layout in my own trailer.
Nice trailer. I just recently completed mine and it's already making such a big difference in our workflow. Here's a tour. ruclips.net/video/MSDWCvnM1is/видео.html
Great review! Thanks for posting.
My opinion is that drawers are a place tools go to be forgotten about. I personally prefer to keep tools as visible as possible
This method is worth a try. Every drawer is labled. "A place for everything, and everything in its place." I can find any tool in my trailer in less than 15 seconds.
How did you get a battery to recharge during driving?
The battery for the lights is independent from the battery for the trailer brakes. It is charged on jobsites with the onboard charger whenever the trailer is plugged in.
What's your take on printing services "AxiomPrint"?
I never came across that service.
They sell the adapters on eBay for $21
Really? Maybe it's new. I looked for them back when I made this video. Do you have a link?
Why are people so obsessed with Paulk? Is he the only one that has figured out how to put wood shelves in a trailer? 😂
I've seen many different trailer setups on RUclips and in my opinion his is by far the best.
He seems to be the only one that can afford the time it takes to do it the way he does. You ever look at his website. That man makes serious money.
pretty sure the dewalt and any of the pro brands battery have a chip that regulate charge and discharge.
No, in the Milwaukee the chip is in the battery but in the DeWalt, the chip is in the tool.
@@yehudagoldberg6400 milwaukee low voltage cutoff is in the tool just like dewalt
How did you attach the left side to the wall
The left side is not really structurally attached the the wall. The cabinets are screwed down to the floor.
Would it work with this? www.maxtool.com/dewalt-dca120-120-volt-max-unlimited-runtime-corded-power-supply-battery-adaptor?
do a vid on the ron paulk workbench
Did you do color correction for them all? And what camera are you using?
Hello, sorry I did not reply earlier. I actually printed both color corrected and non-color corrected photos from both services which offered it (AdoramaPix and NPL), but I found that the colors on the non-corrected photos were not good. This is probably mostly due to the fact that my computer screen is not a high end calibrated monitor. (Although the non-color corrected prints had very different tones from the 2 services). In the end I used the color corrected prints for this review. The other 3 services did not offer a choice of color correction, and I believe that they automatically color correct with some automated software as part of the processing. (Color correction by both AdoramaPix and NPL are done by actual humans).
What do you think about Shutterfly?
Thanks for the tour!
Nice!!!
In my experience, Adoramapix consistently underexposes its prints. Many are still acceptable because the overall quality is very good;however, I did have some prints more than 2 stops underexposed.
This is what I have been experiencing with NPL. I have printed so many and many time I am disappointed. Looking to switch
Will the Milwaukee run on just positive and negative? I can get a Ridgid to Milwaukee adapter from China but want to make sure Milwaukee will run on just 2 wires
Good question. I wonder what those other terminals are.
@@Golgafrinchamdent some of those other terminals are for load balancing from the charger and also temperature sensor built into the battery also for charging and tool detection to shut off if the pack gets too hot in some cases.
I like what you did. So how does the battery charge when it's plugged in?
Nice
