So the i dont nessesarily need to put planninv table on the answer sheet then?
No you do not need to draw any tables. You have only 25 mins to complete this task so just focus on writing a good letter or email.

Yes you would need to state your stand for essays that ask for your opinion for MUET writing task 2. I hope you did well!

The address is created by you. Add at least a week after the date stated in the letter to make it seem realistic.
You would need to write the address for your reply letter by yourself. For the date, add in at least a week after the date found in the question

Yes choose either agree, disagree or partially agree. This is called making your stand. This should be followed by your thesis statement. Good luck!

Hi there. No your marks will not be deducted. You should add in details in your elaboration. Make your letter sound realistic. But bear in mind that you have another essay to write that will give you 60 marks max and you only have 50 mins to write this. Good luck!

My kids had taken the CEFR during the SPM exam, are there going to take the MUET exam too in order to continue study for their undergraduates degree?
MUET is a requirement to get into a degree program for most universities in Malaysia. So yes they will have to sit for MUET

The main thing you have to remember is to respond to the task given i.e 'write an essay expressing your opinion on the statement.' So write the essay expressing your opinion as well as you can. Good luck!

It is up to the candidate to agree, disagree or to partially agree to the statement.
Assalamualaikum. The word limit in the instruction is to go more than 250 words. My question is, what is the maximum word limit? The introduction on this video alone is 123 words.
You do not need to count the no. of words. I advise my students to write at least 1 and a half page long

Yes time will be given (15 - 30 seconds) for each of the 5 parts before the audio is played.

Essays are personal attempts on some subject. Discursive essays are those where the subject is treated objectively, and the writer doesn't add his personal views on it. Then why is it called an essay as it is devoid of personal touch? It's not meeting that aspect of an essay's definition
The MUET writing task 2 essay is worded in such a way that you are required to provide your own view on the topic.

Yes going over the word limit is fine. But do not waste time in counting the no. of words ya. I always ask my students to write at least 1 and a half page of their foolscap paper if possible

By your comment I can see that you have used 2 low frequency words (LFW) that shows you have the potential to do well. Do not worry so much. I think you would do well. :) You would need to focus on the other 3 papers after this. Good luck!

You can choose whichever point you like. Choose the ones that you find easy and that you could provide a good elaboration for. The 5 points are there to help all candidates to get the discussion going. There should be no talking during the 3 mins discussion. Good luck!
