yes i activated off line and on a later date the pc hd drive had an issue now i have nothing, can i move the activation key to usb dongle? the dongle was so much better, this method opens a can of worms

If you have a development environment with multiple InTouch nodes, should you install the development license on each node or just one and point the other to it? I tried installing my InTouch development on each machine which was fine for the first five, but on the sixth machine it wouldn't activate as it said the license was in use!?

very happy to learn that when adding tags in the excel environment, it is not necessary to fill in the unique tagID column (way over to the right) - and that Wonderware Historian creates its own unique ID for every new tag you add.

If I buy intouch ME emb 100 tags 1 driver can I use it to make controls for more then one machine? I am looking at getting the 100 tag option. for example. If I want to control a crusher and make a HMI and use 80 tags and licence so I can test it on a plc training simulator for more then 40 hours it do I need to pay another 300 dollars to get another 100 tags and 1 driver for another plant / project ? I am new to it and would like to try several designs using the same PLC. Thank you for your help.
