Quick Update: I just learned the remake has been delayed to next week on November 3rd. So while this video is a bit incorrect about the date, the plan still stands for me making a series of short reviews so I look forward to seeing you all next week for the start of this One Piece Review Journey! Cruise Ship arc ruins it for me

Excellent analysis! Deserves many more views and likes. I agreed with all your assessments. Making this second season arc a gun-based game was bad enough but coupling it with Kirito's girly-man appearance added insult to injury. I still really liked it and would rate it 7.5 out of 10. Yeah, Sinon's PTSD subplot wore thin and was way overdone. The last episode at Agil's was so awful I was yelling at my screen to make it stop. Bringing out this lady and kid from the storeroom in a big reveal was ridiculous and then the emotional manipulation of the audience with the tear drops on the kid's drawing--ugh. I really liked Death Gun, who I thought owed more to Dr. Doom than Darth Vader. A scary nemesis. That scene of him charging on the white horse was biblical, death riding a pale horse. And I was literally drop-jawed shocked when finding out who his accomplice/brother was--didn't see that coming! So a good arc despite its shortcomings. Thanks for making and sharing your insights in this review--I really enjoyed it.

my biggest gripe is that I feel like i'm being blue-balled in Oshi No Ko. is that Ruby is getting side-lined for 2 seasons. Her and Aqua never have any scenes where they can interact with each other. They've known since they were babies that they were both reincarnated, BUT THEY NEVER TALK ABOUT IT! were I in their shoes, that's all I'd wanna talk about, like. Hey I was a doctor before, what about you? who were you?? I just really want Aqua and Ruby to find out they knew each other in the past life. But it's an amazing anime 10/10

A snowflake clown who thinks shows like Isekai Smartphone and isekai cheat skill are bad because " muh power fantasy " and lies about reading the LN for smartphone unironically likes this show which is also generic power fantasy

season 3 is defently a set-up season. and i hope season 4 will launch soon, to set off the dawnside of this season, and recreate hype for the series. as we all know, season 4 will be the east empire war, one of the biggest climaxes of the series, wich will only be rivaled by the angel arc (currently in progression)

tsukmichi season 2 was better in the first and 3 half the middle is just not it

this was always gonna happen there was no way it would of been better but its fine i liked it and i honestly i cant wait for s4 iykyk

soon as i saw the title i knew youre 1 of 'just dont get it' set and got nothing i want or need to hear. if the first half is where your complaint lay then you should probably give the show up because you cant see groundwork being laid in prep for major things to come and i dgot no time for this

Even in the novel this part of the story is weak. volume 8 and 9 are probably the most boring part of tensura it's still quite enjoyable for some parts thank goodness the next season will be better

Loved the light novel. Loved the manga. Now that the pleasantries are over, season 3 is absolute garbage. Don't let the rabid fans tell you otherwise.

Yeah this season was supposed to be about forming the country more and finding the corrupt influence in their western society from the eastern empire and the corrupt officials running the west. All the action and wars should start next season about half way

Hm? I enjoyed it, heard its like calm before storm arc or something. Maybe it could've been better but it makes me excited for the movie and season 4

I adore the adaptations of Vol.1 and Extra, but this spin-off is not anywhere near as good tbh...

apparently in the manga the senpai tries to take mio from him or see's him as undeserving of his subordintes so he should give them to her and he puts her in his place like i was so hype to see that but it get turned into mio learning to cook from her? like come on

I loved season 1 but season 2 for me was so stupid and annoying. I don’t understand how they messed up the timing so badly, story was extremely boring and the fights were so baaadddd with 0 stakes. I hope season 3 will be good as I really felt disappointed in season 2.

And that eye person (Idc about even trying to remember his name). HE SUCKS SO MUCH... I hate him. He's not memorable. He's petty, the moves suck, the history is that he was bullied? Idk didn't get much information about him smh... I also hate the mana armor. Its a cool concept but its just sooo boring. It feels like they made Makuto Misumi SUPER OP in the most lame way possible. AND WHATS A QUDOKA (I have spent it wrong but keeping it this way) I CANT FIND IT ANYWHERE AND I AM GOING INSANE (The first comment helped me a lot and now I know so ty)

If you liked the assassin's guild arc, then you will love season two because it should be one long continuous arc. It's a great manga

I know the final arc is the main focus of the season, but the Nanahoshi and Norn mini-arcs are just as good in my opinion.

The anime is rushed so you don't feel time as much as in the light novel. It's not just events that were cut, but the reading through all of it makes you feel it even more. Roxy stars and LEAVES on volume 1. Then only reunites with Rudeus until volume 12. It takes ages to get there. And in the story 11 years have passed. So it makes sense Roxy can't recognize Rudeus. Plus, the LN depicts Rudeus as decently buff thanks to his daily training, so he must have look lots different in her eyes.

In the light novels the trip to Rapan takes half a book. so yeah, they cut a lot.

I'm suprised that you were underwhelmed by the Nanahoshi and Norn episodes. For me (final arc excepted) they were the most impactful and emotional of the series. Just goes to show that people have different takeaways from a show like this. Love your enthusiasm about the series overall though

they included all the boring slice of life stuff that is the authors weak point and not the parts about eris training like a mad woman in the sword sanctum which will introduce two tertiary characters and 3 antagonists of season 3. yeah great choise guys totally nailed it.

Decent review. First cour of season 2 built very important friendships that help Rudy tremendously in the future. Second cour has awesome action and tragedy, rescues and loss.
