How is it going, guys? Show us more
@@mattvelardes8072 just about buttoned up and will make another video.
Whats the steering damper you are using? Is the stock one good for mid off roading?
@@EnsVibes we use the stock one and typically will live 1000 race miles.
I use that same product for checks on our welded parts.
This is quite possibly the coolest project I have ever witnessed... and it's like no one has watched it! WTF? Great editing and camera work, by the way. You guys are absolutely living the dream!
As much as I hate the idea I love the concept!! Honestly is a powerful golf cart . No offense. Love working on stuff and always will and love my fellows doing different stuff
So do you use the lower ball joints arms for upper and lower? For all 4 ? Do you have a part number for the actual ones you use?
Hope to power my class 11 with one of your builds one day!
Sam’s Club Paper Towels 👍.I buy the same ones. Damn good price🏁
Will you guys be updating this channel with the new shop, etc?
I've watched many of your video's. I'm interested in seeing a better photo or video that might describe the small "bump out" on your engine cover. The fabrication looks GREAT... and the change to the overall look of your Bug is very modest. How much Bump Out? What else did you need to do, to get your driveline covered? Photo?
That's awesome.
Loving those pizza cutting wheels. Anyone know if they are 7.00 x 15 Yokohamas?
Did you finish it
Waiting for the next update
Ese vocho con llantas grandes y altas se ve hermoso, pero ha de costar una fortuna hacerle esas modificaciones.
Are King pins/Link pins stronger than ball joints?
Mom and daddy always said if you can't say something nice don't say nothing at all?
Pretty sure the Rollie Fingers looking guy used to be a maintenance guy at TSLA (on one of the most unreliable production lines in automotive history). Glad to see he's found a more relaxing job.

Great video
how much does the drive train run for?
just binged the whole series great build!
What size tires are they
Good job guys. EV conversions are the way things are going.
What planet are you guys from? I understand volts and watts but what kind of amperage are you talking about under full load? That little fan box doesn't seem big enough to remove the heat that will be generated. I hope the owner let's you film a test drive or has a U tube channel.
EZGZ coming in swinging. I haven't seen any of your videos pop up in months. You are full of good info. I hope you are doing well.
Brown & fatter wheels = Earth's best automobile!😮😮😊😊
Questions: Where did you get the cable shielding and what is it called? Can you also give us a little more detail on the Chevy battery modules? Source? Using the OEM BMS? Thanks!
Thanks for the update! Been hoping y'all were still working on this!
Super cool! Great work fellas.
Looks awesome 😎
Looking man
Looking good man lol
This thing is going to be a beast!!!! 💪
Nice my brother can’t wait to see it hit the dirt🤘🏽
Awesome project, kudos for you and your team 💪🏾
Nice Job! More build vids, Please.
I was hoping you had some neat affordable fixture to press the ball joints out and in but it appears we all struggle with those no matter what. Thanks for sharing
You can just use a hand held ball joint press. But never forget to cut off the front lip of the old ball joint otherwise is wont get out. Its a easy job to install 4 new ball joints with a 80-' tool.
@@daalhoffarm can you send me a link so I can see this tool or give me the name so I can google it. I have another job to do. Thx
@@TheEZGZ hi gregg, just google ball joint press kit". Its a c clamp but it can produce lots of Force. How to: best to remove the vw arm you want to change the ball joint on. Place in a good vice. Cut off the treat part of the old ball joint. Cut of the Secure lip of the old ball joint so you are 100%sure it can move out. ( Just with a grinder going around to cut the little lip) soak in some wd40 or something else, than use the press tool the old ball joint should come out very easy. Clean the boren en chamfer the edges, some grease in, position new balljoint and use the right size push flance or socket and hammer the new ball joint in with a good big hammer. It won't be easy but I've done more than 5 sets like this. Also for bay window bus those are even bigger, and for Typ 1.
Awesome video
Great info guys.
Great work Tim!
I have never removed the boots
Not everyone is as good as you Dave.
Legend!
What thickness of steel did you use for the box material around the adjusters
Hey dude it me from lost Vegas do you still know who I am
Please more class 11 shop or race vids class 9 also. Thank you.
Just binge watched the 1st 5, was super excited for number 6!
Great vid
Awesome work, hope you have more updates on the build
Cool
Been watching your episodes on your ElecroVW ! Looking forward to seeing it completed. Cool shit! Tell Manfred Gene says hello. I'm an old friend of his from back in the Mini Glamis childhood days.
Wow,that old man in the wheelchair is watching him like a hawk.. hahahaha!!!
Thanks for putting these out man. Really helps with getting motivation to get out in the cold and getting to work
