Yes good Initiatives, My question is how they will execute and maintain accuracy standard. 90% percent of Drone company market professionals were not related to Geospatial Education Background. With advancements of Drones and software(Pix4D,Agisoft) every one can do a surveying using Drones, now days I can see even hobbyist like photographer were doing surveying projects as a freelance service. 1. If we are focusing mapping whole India we need establish a good control network all over India. 2. Selected companies for doing this survey, Survey of India should ensure they highly qualified Geospatial professional with them. 3.Most of the Drone Manufacturing company are jumping to service Sectors. By getting parts from China and other countries assembling them and projecting as Make in India product.To be frank there is no possibilities for India manufacture to compete will world leading Drone products(DJI,Ebee,Wingtra).I am meant to offend anybody If someday is capable of Competing with International Drone Players reply me in comments. I am really worried about Indian Drone surveying market. Mark my words lot of non experienced drone player will enter to do this Village and mapping projects. Even you can find talented Geospatial professional in Aerial LiDAR and Mobile LiDAR Companies but you can't find in drone sectors. Market is completely diluted every one can do drone survey without knowing surveying and its principles. Digital India 🇮🇳.
