Learning To Solve a Diabolical Sudoku Puzzle
I was inspired to try and solve a Diabolical Sudoku after getting addicted to @Cracking The Cryptic 's videos. I still watch them almost daily and attempt the sudokus on their Web App.
To the seasoned sudoku solvers, I'm sure I've made some mistakes in this video so kindly point them out for me if you'd like :)

Training to type 100 WPM for 10 minutes Straight
Просмотров 46 тыс.5 лет назад
I trained my typing skills to get to 100 wpm for 10 minutes straight. My initial keybr test had me at 73 wpm but I know that's not accurate. During the initial test, I was consistently tested on q, x, and z a disproportionate amount of times because they're my weakest keys. So in 7 days of 10 minutes per day, I went from about 85 wpm to 100wpm.

The coffee industry and the supplement industry fund and sponsor those shady studies to serve their interest and to keep people hooked on caffeine the truth is that caffeine is a drug and it is not necessary or essential for the body to have it will actually do more harm than good . A little bit of a small cup of green tea in the morning occasionally will not hurt i suppose .

Nice channel. The Human Benchmark was a good choice. I appreciated it because it's a simple app that doesn't exploit people like the typical mom making her umpteenth New Year's resolution. However, I have an issue: the mobile app lacks a way to create an account to permanently store records and resume from where I left off - for example, starting from the 10th stage of the number game instead of going back to square one. Are there any superior app alternatives that don't target the average person with trivial challenges like "1 + 2 = ?" or "find the color," falsely implying progress and making them pay?

Thumbnail caption: “I quit caffeine for 60 days and why IM NEVER GOING BACK!” 8:15 “Going forward, there’s no doubt I’ll have a coffee here and there..” 🤣 This just shows you how virtually nobody in these “quitting caffeine” videos actually quits. They might abstain for a certain number of weeks and months, but inevitably crawl back to occasional use, which inevitably turns into regular use again. It’s crazy the grip caffeine has on even the people who are aware of how bad it is.

I’m 32 and taking running seriously for the first time in my life. I don’t remember what my 5k PB was in high school (it wasn’t anything spectacular whatsoever) but I ran a 24:34 in February which was likely my PB or close to it. Started running in meets starting in late April of this year. For training, I ran a 5k almost every day almost did almost no other kind of training (mostly because idk what I’m doing). By the time I did my third event on June 1st, I’d taken my PB down to 21:17. So I’m here to agree that you can make huge (though probably not optimal) improvements by just running your desired distance every day. I’ve had to adjust my goals for the year to where I’d now really like to see sub-20 and I think it’s entirely within my capabilities, which I wouldn’t have dreamed earlier this spring.

I tried Dual N-back a number of years ago (around 2013), and I'm planning to start using it again which is how I came across your video. At my height of using it, I noticed a significant improvement in my ability to focus and my attention span. It made my interactions in conversations, work, and even watching movies more immersive, meaningful, and effortless. It actually improved my sense of happiness, because I felt more engaged in life, and almost everything felt easier. I really don't know why I stopped - I think like any routine that requires dedication, other distractions got in the way, and I'd miss one day, then more, then stopped all together. After watching your video, it got me excited to use it again, although I could tell that I'm "out of shape" as even considering the three-back felt a bit like brain overload. At my best, I was regularly doing seven-backs and eight-backs, and the occasional nine-back. Looking forward to getting back into it.
