Its frozen fuel pump relay.. Next time remove the relay and warm it with your hands...its an issue on some 7000s and vipers and even nytros.....however not my 7000 has never had an issue.....mayne try another relay it could be just quality control seeing not all do it

Only problem with the 800s is they didn’t put enough oil ports around the crank and the bearing. They are know to wipe out the cranks. Some make it some don’t. Obviously this one has.

I know this video is pretty old but to shift into reverse there is a small petal on the right side by your foot you have to push down and hold and then you can shift it
