It's crazy how this video was recommended to me. Yesterday, my aim response curve was on standard without me knowing. While I was in the Warzone pre game lobby, my crosshair was just locking onto people falling out of the sky. I wasn't even aiming; it was just pulling all over the place. I was like, What the hell, Aim assist hasn't worked properly for me for years. Thinking about it now, I've used dynamic for years, so I changed back to dynamic, and that lock-on stopped. It was almost like I had no aim assist. Thinking about it, maybe the people who have always said my aim assist doesn't work are using dynamic. But I'm going to get used to standard today and see how it goes. I'm not sure why, but I feel like a lot of the default settings work better than any custom settings.

Panic attacks fucking suck. I've had them for 10+ years but it's been a while since I've had my last one. You'll get used to it or even totally get rid of them, like in my case.

I’m finally coming to this realization, I always pushed pretty hard to failure, and I noticed counting the reps doesn’t necessarily make you push to beat it, if your recovery and diet is off you won’t make progress regardless of knowing the rep range, I started sacrificing form to beat PRs and eventually hurt one of my elbow joints, now I’m back and seeing improvement once I focused more on the time under tension with weight I can come to failure with while still under decent form, some days slow reps feel good some days faster reps feel good. Now I do both depending on how I feel without the worry of counting reps , great video 👍🏻

Bro I never thought OCD comes with anxiety . It was mad scary and I thought i was going crazy and I was hearing voices and it was me talking to me and at first it started before heading to bed . It was stronger . And I thought about killing my partner too and looking at knifes and hurting myself while washing dishes and what if I killed my pet . Seeing images of things happening. But it went away . Comes in and goes when I’m super tired .
