I did the exact same thing except extended the fuel return line to help warm and circulate the fuel. It's also supposed to help with making sure no air bubbles near the suction line

Are 7.3 has 37s on it they weigh 300 pounds each they are heavier than the 35s with the 35s that truck is fast it just gets it but the 37s it won't go as fast them tires are heavy

You have Stock injectors? Turbo? I know that makes a difference in the sound

Did yu do any work on the egrs, the vertical/horysontal .? Or you only did the work on dpf+cat and left everything else alone and wen ahead and installed the turner device ?

I have the same model and haven’t owned it that long. I just drained the old gas from it and should I just add fresh fuel 50:1 and I’ll be fine? Any other helpful tips to go over before I take it out to the lake would be greatly appreciated!!

So on this mod just skip the whole steel fuel line w threads & drilling by just getting some diesel rated fuel line & a brass T to just sit on the bottom of the tank. Then after the tank in the soft lines install a clear fuel screen on the frame or a 100 micron filter screen that can be cleaned out so it won’t clog up ur fuel pump. It works on an OBS or at least mine has been fine for 7k miles.

so why didn’t you just remove the fuel filters inside the housing but leave the housing in place and put a inline fuel filter on the fuel rail?

I must be missing something why not just remove the fuel screens inside that white capsule? Put the white capsule back together without the screens, clamp a hose on the inlet of that white capsule where the fuel pickup was which is Essentially gutting it.then throw a remote fuel filter outside of the tank before the pump?

What filter unit did you add to the frame?? Can you send me the part number and filter number??

Great Job, Do you get the " Angry Hair dryer" sound out of the tailpipe. Im going to do the exact same thing to my 08. I was thinking of adding a "Aero Turbine Muffler" but im hesitant because it could add a Droning sound while cruising. And a Banks intake.
