A Level 4, 5 or 6 TOPIK cert is equivalent to a level 5 kiip.. that means you can enroll in a level 5 class and finish the 70 hours and 30 hours class..you don't need to take the level test(pre evaluation) if you convert your topik cert but you have to take the class to be able to take the exam for level 5.

@@IndaysaKorea I see, is it possible to avoid taking the classes and just take the comprehensive exam if I take the level test and get more than 85? As far as I understand I can take the level test as long as I'm not enrolled in any classes

@Maggie-Gelderblom yes that's right.. if you are applying for permanent residency that's possibble. take the level test get a score higher that 85 then you can meet the basic requirement in applying the visa but you are not exempted from the interview or you will not get any additonal points for that however if you take the class you will be exempted from Korean Proficiency interview and get additional poins for point based visas

Hello din po maam..kung may update po sa rules hindi po ako updated but what I know po maam sa amin noon at least 80 hours po ang dapat niyong makompleto para makapagexam po kayo kung hindi niyo po makompleto un repeat the class po^^wala rin pong make up class

Kasali po ang S.K. sa Apostille convention countries kaya ung apostilled document pwede niyo pong gamitin yan without going to Korean Embassy or Philippine Consulate dito sa Korea, unless po paghindi po kasali sa convention kailangan pong ilegalize thru embassy or consulate po. And alam ko po hindi na po nag iissue ng certificate ang embassy ng Korea kasi Apostille na po pinapakuha na nila.. Yon po ang alam ko sis..hope it helps..ask niyo po sa Embassy ntin maam para mas sure..

Salamat sa reply ma’am pabalik po ako ng pinas balak ko po kase ipapalit ung pinas DL ko dito. Papa appostilled ko po mga docs ko sa pinas pero dko na po ba talaga need pa pumunta ng korean embassy sa pinas para ipa authenticate ung appostiled doc?. @@mylakang7469 un po ang alam ko maam nabasa ko po un sa consular service nila noon nong 2019 pa po un after authentication(apostillization) of DFA of the Philippines, Philippine public documents no longer have to be authenticated by the Embassy of ROk in the Philippines in order to be accepted in Korea. 2019 pa po un maam kung my bagong update dina po ako sure..inannounce po yan noon maam.
