Elation sixpar 200 LED repair part 1
The Elation Sixpar light fixture is a 200w 6 colour LED stage light. It seems the first versions had a problem with the LED chips, where they would die due to thermal issues.
Attempting to repair the faulty LEDs resulted in the other ones also randomly failing. The only option then was to replace all of them with brand new ones.
This video forms part of how I went about fixing them, when presented with the problem of having to solder them onto their aluminium based pcbs!

Live Band Sound Setup Basics. How to approach this and some tips on how I do it.

Just back from this job where I mixed a live band. This was a simple 4 piece band, vocalist, bass, guitar and drums. This goes over at a very basic level how it's plugged together and how you setup each channel. Again its a rough straight from phone to RUclips video!!! But those new to live sound may find it interesting.
