@@Sami_17s_ bend until your knees form 45 degrees or less if u want easier do this with lower weights. Remember one thing gains are not related to higher weights but the perfect form and recovery time. Go to the gym and take a break of 3 or more days which is the most perfect time period according to research for fast recovery. And do more sets with lesser weights.

@KalyaniWaghmare-n1b ok so just go for PPL nd follow that but a bit modified PPL like this 3 exercise for chest+2 exercise for shoulder 4 exercise for back + 2 abs exercise and 2 Biceps moment 3set for quads 2set hamstring curl 1 for calves 3 exercise for shoulder 2 exercise for chest and 2 for triceps 3 back exercise 3 biceps exercise 3 sets hamstring curl 2 set for quads 1 for calves And remember managing fatigue in this should be Better Choose weight wisely And for deadlift increments I made video on YT go and check it out that'll help you
