The slice was an electronic cutting machine. It was cordless so you could put it in the middle of a paper and cut if the design you wanted was in the middle. I think that was the gist of it anyway. Lol.

Those both look great! In the sewing section of Joann's they have a product called fray-chek that I use on the end of all my ribbons and things so they don't unravel. TFS 😊

Daphne's diary magazine is my favorite for journals. I have made at least 8 and I give them to friends. I like the bigger size journal with 8 pages. I always over embellish. I use the whole magazine before I start tearing up another one. I like how you made yours ❤❤❤

Thank you for sharing your journal with me. I enjoyed what I saw of it til you got to the postcard. I will have to go back and watch the rest of your journal later,. I have not seen it listed on Ebay as of Sept 2. 2024, and for your sake that may be a good thing. I have been a stamp collector for many years. And I sure would hate for you not to get your stamp appraised. I think you be very surprised at its value. I could not see it well. But if it does not have ridges on the outside of the stamp it is worth a lot of money. Or even if it is printed on the post card it is still worth quite a bit. I do believe, the post card read best wishes so hopefully ... best wishes to you on your post card and journal.

I want you to know that you inspired me! at 17:07 in your video, you have a 'journal page edge' that looks like you took several strips of different sizes & lengths of papers and sewed them together to create a wonderful journal page edge. Well, I have bag of strips that I keep moving around to get out of my way every time I'm doing a project. (Yes, believe it or not, we ALL have them!!!). I paused your video & got busy. I think I have about 50 drying (I lightly glued them together in the layout I wanted). About an hour later while my glue is drying, I'm back to finish your YTV & getting more inspiration then I'll sew them & add to my Js. After this long essay, just want to say 'THANK YOU' for the inspiration. Always look forward to your videos. have a crafty weekend!
